  • Mini Hamburguesa de Pollo - 3 x mini brioche sliders of chicken marinated in lime, coriander & lemon with a zesty salsa on rocket with avocado sour cream on toasted mini brioche buns.
  • Spicy Beef Tostadas – 2 x spicy ground beef with beans on a crispy tortilla topped with grated cheese, salsa & sour cream.
  • Chorizo Hot Dog - A long roll with caramelised onions & chorizo sausage topped with a coriander, red onion & chili salsa & mustard aioli.
  • Taco de Carne  – slow roasted beef brisket, shredded with fresh cilantro, red onion & tomato salsa topped with a jalapeno sour cream in a warm soft taco
  • Pieles de Patata - crispy potato skins with garlic & lemon aioli (V) (GF)
  • Gambas al Ajillo – prawns sautéed in garlic & olive oil finished with chilli  (GF)
  • Pear, Jamón Serrano, Walnut & Manchego Salad – pear, serrano ham, walnuts & shaved manchego cheese tossed with mixed leaves drizzled in a lemon infused olive oil   (GF)  (VR)
  • Costillas de Cerdo Caramelizadas – caramelised pork ribs in a spicy dry rub with a tangy sauce   (GF)

UPDATE: Our food truck is on the move and relocating to Oamaru where we will be working on opening Poco Loco Restaurant number two! Thanks for the support Franklin. Since 2015 we have been privileged to provide our Little Crazy Tapas Truck catering for a range of special events and we look forward to doing the same in the South Island.
